Half a bay more, not a whole one
A 3x3 covers 9 m² and a 3x6 covers 18. The 3x4.5 sits at 13.5 m², keeping the 3 m depth and adding 1.5 m of run: 4.5 m² more than a 3x3 and 4.5 m² less than a 3x6.

The half-step sizes share their packed length with the 3 m models, so the figures worth reading across this table are weight and apex. Everything else is the range decision, not the size decision.

The intermediate footprint
A 3x3 covers 9 m² and a 3x6 covers 18. The 3x4.5 sits at 13.5 m², keeping the 3 m depth and adding 1.5 m of run: 4.5 m² more than a 3x3 and 4.5 m² less than a 3x6.
The ridge runs on two masts here rather than one, but the frame still stands on four legs. Half again the roof, the same number of anchor points: each leg holds down 3.375 m² where a 3x3 leg holds 2.25 m².
Each leg wants 65 kg for a 40 mph gust and 81 kg if you plan for 50, which is 260 kg or 324 kg spread across the four feet. The 30 mph figure is 49 kg a leg. Those are the same per-leg numbers a 3x3 uses over 4.5 m² less roof. For the full 60 mph rating LP Tent specifies 130 kg per leg on hard standing, or stakes with 150 kg of pull-out on soft ground.
The space calculator puts 18 standing, 12 in seated rows or 7 at dining tables under a 3x4.5 at normal circulation. Its support-area options take 6 m² off that for a small counter and 12 m² for a bar or display.
AF345 is 27 kg, COL345 and XP345 are 32 kg, ZP345 is 48 kg. The packed lengths are unchanged from the 3x3 bags, 1.52 m to 1.60 m. Only the weight moves: 6 kg on the Alu45, CO and XP, and 10 kg on the ZP.
Alu45, CO, XP and ZP are all made at 3x4.5, and the ZP is the one that changes the silhouette, at 3.78 m to the apex against 3.15 m on the Alu45, 3.29 m on the XP and 3.37 m on the CO. For general event, trade and market cover the CO is the practical baseline; the XP range is positioned for operators who set up, take down and transport it often and want a frame that takes that handling for years.
Two 3 m ends and two 4.5 m sides. Walls are specified side by side. The XP and ZP carry the sliding-wall system and bottom tension bar, which the range spec describes as holding the canopy and walls taut so printed branding reads sharp.

3x4.5 gazebos
4.5 m² of covered ground and two feet. A 3x4.5 is 13.5 m² on four legs and two masts; a 3x6 is 18 m² on six legs, and 8 kg to 19 kg heavier frame for frame.
No. The bags are the same length as the 3x3, between 1.52 m and 1.60 m. Only the weight rises, to 27 kg on the Alu45, 32 kg on the CO and XP, and 48 kg on the ZP.
12 in seated rows or 7 at dining tables, and 18 standing, on the space calculator at normal circulation. Add a counter or a bar and the seated figure comes down accordingly.
Two, on all four ranges. The frame still stands on four feet, so the ridge is supported twice while the anchor points stay at four, and the ballast per leg is unchanged from a 3x3.
