PRIVACY POLICY

What data we collect
We collect information you provide when you contact us through the website, request a quote, or sign up for product updates. This includes your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details included in your message.
We also collect analytics data about how visitors use our site (page views, device type, browser) via cookies. Until 31 July 2026 these run by default as part of a bounded measurement period — you can decline at any time via the cookie banner. From 1 August 2026 they run only with your consent. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How we use your data
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiries, prepare quotations, and provide technical specifications. Where you have opted in, we may also send you product updates and news relevant to professional event equipment.
We use analytics data to improve the functionality and content of the website. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Our on-site assistant
Our on-site assistant helps you find the right equipment and answer questions. It's AI-powered: Anthropic's Claude processes your messages to generate replies. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse. Conversations aren't used for marketing or to train AI models. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.
Tick the consent box to share your name and email, and we'll use them only to follow up on your enquiry, handled like the forms above. Leave it unticked and we won't capture or use your contact details.
Your conversation is stored for up to 28 days, then deleted automatically. Clear it yourself any time using “Clear” in the chat window, or ask us to delete it (see Your rights, below).
Data retention
We retain contact and enquiry data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. CRM records are reviewed annually and deleted when no longer required. Analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data. You also have the right to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at sales@temporium.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
Contact
The data controller for this website is Temporium. For any privacy-related queries, please contact us at sales@temporium.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
