The wind rating

60mph wind certified, with appropriate anchorage

The CO, XP, ZP, GP and Pagode frames are 60mph wind certified (with appropriate anchorage). LP Tent verifies them to the French CTS 7 standard for temporary structures, and CTS 7 exceeds BS EN 13782.

The anchoring is what holds the rating, and we supply it: hardstanding ballast, grass anchorage kits, and ratchet straps and tie-downs. For the full rating: on grass, stakes rated to 150 kg pull-out per leg; on hardstanding, 130 kg of ballast per leg.

Anchoring

Anchoring for every surface

Your quote specifies the anchoring for your ground, and we supply it.

Hardstanding ballast

For tarmac, concrete, paving and stadium concourses. Ballast on every leg: 130 kg per leg for the full 60mph rating.

Grass anchorage kits

On grass, stakes rated to 150 kg pull-out per leg for the full rating.

Ratchet straps and tie-downs

Each leg strapped down to its ballast or stake, so the frame and the anchoring work as one.
